The Product Support Program Area in the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area has an exciting opportunity for a Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst. In this role, you will support Domestic Patriot Material Procurement programs. These are Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) contracts, with Raytheon LADS business as the primary customer. The candidate will partner with Supply Chain, LADS Customer and Program Manager to ensure flawless execution of the programs. The candidate will prepare and analyze the Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), analyze monthly financial data, prepare monthly forecasts/budgets, analyze staffing requirements, maintain cost and schedule metrics, update and send requested deliverable files, and identify opportunities to improve financial returns. This role is being offered in an onsite capacity. Onsite work may be done at the Andover, MA. Relocation assistance is not being offered.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Management, or related field & a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting and/or variance analysis
  • Experience with Excel (i.e. pivot tables, Vlookups)
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

  • Creative problem-solving skills; individual will need to be comfortable working through complex process and systems changes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial managers
