Requirements

2+ years of relevant professional experience
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel to the SQL and Power BI
Exposure to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
Ability to read and interpret financial statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related major

Responsibilities

Support core FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and SQL queries to ensure accurate, validated financial data.
Analyze financial results, prepare variance explanations, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Conduct financial modeling, cash‑flow analysis, and ROI evaluations for key initiatives.
Partner with internal teams to enhance reporting, streamline processes, and strengthen forecasting accuracy.
Contribute to ad hoc analyses and continuous improvement efforts to advance FP&A systems, tools, and workflows.
