Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel to the SQL and Power BI
  • Exposure to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related major

Responsibilities

  • Support core FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and SQL queries to ensure accurate, validated financial data.
  • Analyze financial results, prepare variance explanations, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Conduct financial modeling, cash‑flow analysis, and ROI evaluations for key initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance reporting, streamline processes, and strengthen forecasting accuracy.
  • Contribute to ad hoc analyses and continuous improvement efforts to advance FP&A systems, tools, and workflows.
