This position will support the day-to-day financial functions including oversight, audit, and internal control review. The Financial Analyst reports directly to the CFO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
  • Demonstrated experience managing data analysis, AP, GL, and payroll
  • Must be detail-oriented and precise.
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and ERP systems
  • Ability to pass all required background checks

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Sage Intacct preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain internal controls and safeguards for revenue recognition, costs, program budgets and expenditures.
  • Maintain files for audit and state-requirement purposes
  • Consistently analyze financial data and build accurate and timely financials.
  • Assist CFO in the annual planning and budget process
  • Assist CFO in the annual cost report process
  • Prepare/review account reconciliations
  • Maintain and formalize accounting policies and procedures
  • Communicate with internal leaders as needed to educate and support good financial decisions
  • Serve as backup for other positions
  • Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required
