About The Position

The Financial Analyst position will play a key role in supporting the organization’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. This position will provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management, support strategic initiatives, and drive financial performance through accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling in collaboration with various departments.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Understanding of financial analysis techniques, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial planning tools, business intelligence software, and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when working with large or complex datasets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance, trend, and scenario analysis, to identify key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management and department heads to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning, including target setting, resource allocation, and business case development.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial justification for projects and capital expenditures.
  • Monitor and analyze key financial indicators and KPIs to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial planning and analysis.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments that may impact financial performance and planning.
  • Participate in financial audits and support external reporting requirements as needed.
