Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or related field (internships included).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Strong Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, basic modeling, and financial model maintenance.
  • Partners effectively with cross-functional teams to contribute and support planning, performance analysis, and to ensure aligned messaging and coordinated initiatives.
  • Ability to work with data and translate insights into business recommendations.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Uses data and insights to guide recommendations and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information and decisions.

  • Experience with financial systems (such as NetSuite)
  • Experience with BI tools (including Tableau and Power BI)

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Perform variance analysis by comparing actuals to budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and trends.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.
  • Gradually take on ownership of specific areas of the P&L as experience grows.
  • Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for leadership.
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, and key performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly close processes through reporting and analysis.
  • Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with teams such as Marketing, Operations, Research & Development, Sales to support financial decision-making.
  • Contribute to the Evaluation of new initiatives, investments, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support strategic projects.
  • Maintain and organize financial datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, and efficiency.
  • Participate in the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools.
