The Financial Analyst is tasked with ensuring the accuracy of monthly financial reports, facilitating and maintaining accurate real-time forecasts. This role also plays a crucial part in the annual planning process, maintaining long-term models, and generating relevant, actionable insights into ongoing business trends. Develops, enhances, and maintains financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts in support of various cost centers, including monthly headcount and expense reporting to provide clear visibility into operational costs and workforce planning. Responsible for preparing weekly reporting of performance and underlying business trends, as well as monthly headcount and expense summaries to track financial health and organizational growth. Supports business line management by assisting in the evaluation of new strategic initiatives, including financial modeling, due diligence, and the assessment of potential impacts on monthly expenses and workforce requirements. Utilizes the capabilities of the corporate data warehouse and the various software suites used throughout the Company to support monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis and reporting, with a specific focus on headcount and expense management.
