About The Position

You will be the Financial Analyst Staff for the Program Finance team. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting program finance functions. As a Staff Financial Analyst you will establish and manage program cost baselines, conduct Earned Value Management and variance analysis, and prepare Estimate at Complete (EAC) analyses to inform leadership. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Multi-functional / multi-disciplined Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and knowledge
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate must possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage program cost baselines.
  • Conduct Earned Value Management and variance analysis.
  • Prepare EAC analysis and recommendations for leadership.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams on proposal actions and compliance checks.
  • Support Engineering teams on workforce planning actions.
