About The Position
You will be the Financial Analyst Sr for the Program Finance team. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting program finance functions. As a Senior Financial Analyst you will establish and manage program cost baselines, conduct Earned Value Management and variance analysis, and prepare Estimate at Complete (EAC) analyses to guide leadership decisions. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Multi-functional / multi-disciplined Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and knowledge
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate must possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities
- Establish and manage program cost baselines.
- Conduct Earned Value Management and variance analysis.
- Prepare EAC analysis and recommendations for leadership.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams on proposal actions and compliance checks.
- Support Engineering teams on workforce planning actions.
