About The Position
You will be the Financial Analyst Sr for the Tactical Missiles Finance Team. Our team is responsible for supporting program finance functions and positioning MFC for future success. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Analyst Sr you will lead the development and management of financial metrics, long‑range planning, and strategic analysis to drive affordability and inform business decisions. This role offers high visibility, direct impact on program affordability, and the chance to shape financial strategy for cutting‑edge missile programs. Requirements
- Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, proficient with formulas and pivot tables
- Ability to work independently
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate must possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance

- Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments

- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
- Industry Standard ANSI / EIA 748-A
- EVMS Management & Reporting
- Working knowledge of Cobra and Oracle
- Experience and ability to interface with senior management
- Experience with data visualization software
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing long‑range plans (LRP) for the business area
- Analyzing and reporting financial performance to senior management
- Supporting Contract Status Reviews (CSRs) and presenting financial data
- Leading budget and schedule preparation for contract work
- Performing financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis
