Requirements

  • Should live within a commutable distance to Orlando, FL

  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a corporate FP&A environment
  • Strong knowledge in current financial subjects, accounting, and business environments
  • Data analysis skills, including compiling and interpreting large financial datasets
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to work with minimal guidance
  • Experience with Alteryx, 1+ years
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
  • Experience with spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications such as SmartView, Oracle Fusion, Tableau, VBA and SQL
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills with the ability to interpret common financial reports
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Maintains confidentiality with integrity and discretion
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality, vacation ownership, or hotel industry experience is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Oracle Financials, or other ERP systems)
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing financial metrics is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for Sales and/or Marketing departments
  • Analyze financial data and trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand business drivers and financial impacts
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
