Requirements

BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of five years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a corporate FP&A environment
Strong knowledge in current financial subjects, accounting, and business environments
Data analysis skills, including compiling and interpreting large financial datasets
Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
Strong problem-solving skills, able to work with minimal guidance
Experience with Alteryx, 1+ years
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
Experience with spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications such as SmartView, Oracle Fusion, Tableau, VBA and SQL
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills with the ability to interpret common financial reports
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Maintains confidentiality with integrity and discretion
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Nice To Haves

Hospitality, vacation ownership, or hotel industry experience is a plus
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Oracle Financials, or other ERP systems)
Familiarity with sales and marketing financial metrics is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for Sales and/or Marketing departments
Analyze financial data and trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand business drivers and financial impacts
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
