About The Position

This position supports our mission through partnering with operational partners to build budgets and forecasts and help optimize financial performance. This role serves as a bridge between market operational leaders and finance teams, driving continuous improvement and supporting decision-making through robust financial analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in financial management
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly business reviews by owning financial reporting deliverables and engaging with regional leadership to review P&Ls and KPI metrics.
• Collaborate with accounting during month-end close process to review results and explain variances to plan.
• Develop a partnership with regional operations to support KPI tracking and perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Lead annual budgeting for assigned service lines.
• Support finance manager during monthly board deck presentations to leadership and PE partners by preparing clear, executive level financial commentary with actionable insights.
• Assist finance team with provider compensation by maintaining compensation models - including productivity (wRVUs) and quality incentives.
• Build and enhance financial models using Excel and BI platforms
• Improve financial processes, data accuracy, and standardization across clinics
