About The Position

We are seeking a Financial Analyst - Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Operations Finance to join our Finance team. This is a hands-on, highly analytical role that sits at the center of Nanit's global operations. You will be a key business partner to our Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations teams, helping drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. In this role, you'll report directly to Nanit's Chief Financial Officer to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts spanning manufacturing costs, logistics, headcount, and variable departmental spend (including consulting and professional services). You'll help ensure financial accountability across multiple business units while providing the data-driven insights that fuel Nanit's continued growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, supply chain finance, or a related analytical function.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; expert in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable managing large data sets.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers.
  • Strong communicator who can distill complex analyses into clear insights for business partners at all levels.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) preferred.
  • Experience with SQL or Python for data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and People teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models for materials, freight, fulfillment, and manufacturing costs, tracking COGS, landed cost, and gross margin performance.
  • Own headcount and personnel-related forecasting for assigned departments, partnering with People Operations to model hiring plans, compensation impacts, and workforce cost trends.
  • Manage and analyze departmental variable spend, including consulting, professional services, travel, and other operating expenses; provide variance analysis and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support financial reviews and business cases for vendor contracts, consulting engagements, and strategic operational initiatives.
  • Partner with Procurement to monitor supplier spend, evaluate pricing trends, and identify cost savings across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics and Operations teams to model inventory flow, ensuring efficient use of working capital and accurate demand forecasting.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis, comparing actuals to forecast and budget; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Prepare reporting packages and dashboards that highlight operational KPIs and cost drivers, improving visibility across Finance and Operations.
  • Support monthly close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries for COGS, inventory, and operating expenses.
