The Operations, Supply Chain, Quality (OSQ) Organization has an immediate need for a Manufacturing Financial Analyst. In this role your main responsibility would be supporting the East Coast Factories. In this role you’ll be responsible for executing all weekly/monthly/Quarterly KPI deliverables. You will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis. You must have excellent communication skills to be able to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments. Lastly, you will prioritize resources in a dynamic geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment. A successful candidate will also seek to utilize their talents to drive collaboration with the broader value stream finance and business operations finance team. Onsite work can be done at Andover, MA or Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being offered.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience with SAP (APEX, PRISM & AO) and/or a similar system

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and/or experience in Estimates at Completion (EACs)
  • Financial experience in the aerospace/defense industry
  • Proficient use of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative and use critical and strategic thinking

Responsibilities

  • Support OSQ with all factory health KPIs including Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs)/ labor forecasting, Hour Per Unit (HPU) Analysis, Cost per Hour
  • Monitor actual costs, and explain variances to plans and forecasts to stakeholders
  • Host weekly labor reporting meetings with functional stakeholders
  • Engage in weekly in person Tier meetings with functional stakeholders
  • Work closely with various functional organizations during the EAC development process; as well as monitoring these organizations’ performance against agreed upon budgets
