Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience (including internships, military experience, or relevant analytical/operations roles)
- 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent transferable experience) in financial modeling and / or accounting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work comfortably with numbers and large datasets.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn the business

Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of hospital / healthcare industry preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with financial planning systems/tools is a plus, but not required
- Strategic thinker who sees the “big picture” and aligns financial planning with long-term organizational goals.

Responsibilities
- Financial modeling and analysis in support of budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives
- Monitor operating budgets and produce monthly reporting for relevant stakeholders
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision making on budgets, investments, and operational initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure that all financial activities are included in financial statements
- Partner with the budget team to ensure all required deliverables are completed and on time
- Assist in the preparation of joint venture board materials
- Maintain a clear understanding of key operational, financial, regulatory, and strategic issues
