CEXEC, Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced Financial Analyst IV to join a dynamic team of professionals supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Have performed financial statement audits, financial data analytics, and financial system audits. The Financial Analyst IV operates with minimal supervision, provides subject matter expertise, and supports mission-critical financial management objectives within a federal environment.

Requirements

• FAA DELPHI financial experience
• 10-15 years' experience supporting the FAA or another federal agency
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and reconcile federal financial statements in accordance with OMB Circular A-136 requirements.
• Apply and interpret U.S. Standard General Ledger (USSGL) guidance to ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure compliance with federal financial management regulations, policies, and internal controls.
• Provide audit support, documentation, and corrective action plan assistance.
• Perform complex financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior government stakeholders.
