About The Position

Internet Brands is adding a finance partner to our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This is not a "just send the report" analyst role - you'll own monthly performance for your business units, dig into what moved the P&L, and present insights to finance and business leadership. It's an ideal seat for someone with 3+ years in FP&A/corporate finance who wants to grow into higher-impact, leadership-style responsibilities.

Requirements

3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, business/ops analytics, or similar role where you owned monthly reporting and built models.
Strong Excel/Sheets modeling - driver-based, scenario, sensitivity - and you can explain it to non-finance users.
Comfortable pulling and shaping data (SQL, BI, or willingness to learn quickly).
Clear communicator: you can turn a messy P&L + operating metrics into a 5-slide story.
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Nice To Haves

Experience in SaaS, online media, or vertical software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Be the finance partner for a business unit: own monthly business reviews and performance readouts.
Build and iterate models to support strategic initiatives; make them usable by non-finance people.
Lead forecast and budget cycles: translate driver assumptions into financials, track variance, and improve accuracy over time.
Present to finance and business leadership on results, risks, and opportunities; package insights into exec-ready decks.
Improve the process: spot data issues, simplify reports, and push automation (SQL/BI).
