The Finance team is seeking a Financial Analyst III to support our global Finance, Facilities, HR and Legal organizations. This role partners directly with the Sr. Manager of Finance and plays a key part in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and operational support across multiple G&A functions. This position is well‑suited for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and brings strong analytical and communication skills to cross‑functional work. The role also supports strategic initiatives, business case development, and ad hoc analysis for Finance leadership and the CFO organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/ CPA preferred.
  • 4-6 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI/Tableau a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and lead cross‑functional efforts.
  • Clear, concise communication and the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Innovative mindset; interest in improving processes and leveraging emerging finance tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities for assigned G&A areas.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis and communicate insights to management and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver financial recommendations that enable informed decision‑making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain accuracy in reporting.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that support G&A operational effectiveness.
  • Support HC tracking/approvals, PO management, and P&L analysis.
