Summary: Supports financial decision making by monitoring deadlines; collecting, summarizing, and consolidating data; allocating variances; analyzing and interpreting data; making comparative analyses; explaining data and assumptions; researching and correcting variance problems; assembling and analyzing historical financial data; explaining data and assumptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
• Experience in accounting or finance 3-5 years required
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good analytical and mathematical skills.
• Superior Excel Skills is required.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time.
• Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret accounting data.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a role within a large healthcare organization 3-5 years preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
• Support the on-boarding of junior analysts by mentoring and assisting them
• Track key performance indicators, prepare financial reports and sometimes present them
• Create ad-hoc reports and perform financial analysis
• Assists project teams with financial guidance
• Reviews financial reporting and ensures data integrity to enable management decisions.
• Ensures compliance with financial guidelines, company policies and regulations
