About The Position

We are seeking a Financial Analyst II to serve as a key architect of Revenue Cycle intelligence. In this role, you won't just move numbers; you will synthesize data from multiple sources to provide senior leadership and facility stakeholders with clear, actionable insights. Your work will directly impact net revenue realization and cash flow optimization across the entire enterprise.

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is strictly required (Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration preferred).
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into meaningful narratives.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong computing ability with the capacity to balance multiple high-priority tasks and special projects simultaneously.
• Communication: The ability to communicate relevant strategic information clearly through all levels of the system.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Cycle Reporting: Support and manage the standardization of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting capabilities across regional and enterprise-wide levels.
• Strategic Analysis: Perform financial opportunity assessments for hospitals to identify high-priority areas for cash flow improvement and revenue realization.
• Performance Benchmarking: Facilitate plans for effective benchmarking and comparative reporting of key revenue cycle metrics.
• Model Development: Create and monitor financial models that link business strategies to performance measures, ensuring successful implementation of solutions.
• Operational Support: Provide tools and information to operations teams to enhance their ability to detect current and future performance issues.
• Collaboration: Cultivate strong internal relationships at both the corporate and facility levels to drive participation in system-wide initiatives.
