About The Position

As a Financial Analyst II, you will lead corporate financial activities planning, forecasting and management reporting processes, including the analysis and execution of financing and related transactions, interest rate forecasting and monitoring, and debt covenant compliance reporting of actual and forecasted financial results for Williams and Williams subsidiaries. You will be a specialist in your field as you collaborate with others to support and understand corporate financial forecast drivers. This role requires alternative analysis, creativity and good judgment. Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you’ll quickly learn and grow with us.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field and minimum four (4) years’ related experience in financial analysis
  • Previous experience collaborating with senior leadership and reporting financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Previous experience collaborating with senior leadership and reporting financial analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or CPA

Responsibilities

  • Supports execution of debt capital markets and financing transactions, including derivatives and bank loans
  • Prepares debt covenant compliance reporting and related analysis
  • Develops reports, forecasts, presentations, and ad‑hoc financial analyses
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Identifies issues, researches solutions, and recommends process improvements
  • Coordinates and validates forecast components through detailed financial analysis
  • Prepares forecasts and financing materials for FP&A, accounting, rating agencies, and banks, clearly communicating assumptions and variances while supporting annual strategic and capital planning
  • Other duties as assigned
