Position Overview: Financial Analyst II plays a key role in supporting the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions across a dynamic portfolio of real estate assets and professional baseball operations. This position is responsible for delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision making, optimize asset performance, and enhance overall financial outcomes. Working cross functionally with property management, development, and team operations, the analyst will evaluate financial performance across revenue streams including ticketing, sponsorships, concessions, mixed-use developments, and ancillary real estate ventures. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high visibility environment. This individual will contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, variance analysis, investment modeling, and long-term planning initiatives, while also helping to improve reporting tools and financial processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend financial rigor with the energy of live sports and large-scale real estate development, providing exposure to complex assets and high impact business decisions. This position operates within a matrix reporting structure, with dual accountability to: Primary Manager: Finance Manager, Braves Development Company Secondary Manager: Senior Financial Analyst, Baseball The Primary Manager oversees functional direction, performance management, career development and day-to-day business needs related to the Braves Development Company, while the Secondary Manager provides day-to-day business alignment, priorities, and operational guidance related to the Braves Baseball function.
