Responsibilities

  • Serves as responsible for the day-to-day management of departmental financial operations, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, program budgets, revenue reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis.
  • Act as liaison to accounting departments to resolve accounting issues and manage year-end process.
  • Updates forecasts and Revenue for the Financials in the Post Program Analysis spreadsheets.
  • Conducts ongoing analyses on enrollment, revenue, costs, and overall financial trends to develop strategic goals.
  • Prepares and reviews contracts for custom business.
  • Manages GSA reporting to ensure compliance.
  • Maintains financial records for federal audits.
  • Prepares quarterly and annual GSA reporting.
  • Manages 180 and 360 assessment reporting.
  • Prepares weekly assessment reports.
  • Acts as trusted advisor for assessment participants.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
