Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
3–5 years of progressive business or financial analysis/reporting experience
Strong MS Excel skills
Ability to independently research, analyze, and communicate financial information
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in the healthcare industry
Working knowledge of ORACLE G/L, ADI, or HMS

Responsibilities

Providing accurate financial forecasting and reporting to support operational decision-making
Analyzing large, complex datasets to identify trends, drive performance, and enhance patient satisfaction
Supporting the development and presentation of the annual inpatient budget
Partnering with Directors of Finance and Business Development to prepare pro forma analyses for acquisitions, start-ups, and relocations
Analyzing consolidated financial statements
Completing market analysis and calculating contract rates, including evaluating the impact of regulatory changes
Delivering complex ad hoc analyses for hospital leadership
