At SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain the top talent. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years experience with Source Inventory and Simple Source-to-Target Mapping
  • 3 years experience with Datasets and Metadata
  • 3 years experience with Onboarding Progress and Risks
  • Experience with Advana/Foundry environments
  • Active SECRET Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies and the Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) to onboard financial data into Advana or Palantir Foundry for enterprise reporting and analytics.
  • Ensuring authoritative sources, maintaining data quality, and implementing secure access protocols.
  • Engaging with agencies to identify priority datasets and confirming ownership and authoritativeness.
  • Building source inventories and developing simple source-to-target mappings, including schemas, keys, and cadence specifications.
  • Coordinating connections, establishing ingest schedules, and implementing basic data-quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Registering datasets and metadata in the catalog, setting access controls, and defining roles for data users.
  • Tracking progress and risks associated with onboarding.
  • Generating lightweight KPI/status reports to provide updates throughout the process.
