Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
5 years experience with Source Inventory and Simple Source-to-Target Mapping
3 years experience with Datasets and Metadata
3 years experience with Onboarding Progress and Risks
Experience with Advana/Foundry environments
Active SECRET Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

Responsibilities

Working closely with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies and the Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) to onboard financial data into Advana or Palantir Foundry for enterprise reporting and analytics.
Ensuring authoritative sources, maintaining data quality, and implementing secure access protocols.
Engaging with agencies to identify priority datasets and confirming ownership and authoritativeness.
Building source inventories and developing simple source-to-target mappings, including schemas, keys, and cadence specifications.
Coordinating connections, establishing ingest schedules, and implementing basic data-quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Registering datasets and metadata in the catalog, setting access controls, and defining roles for data users.
Tracking progress and risks associated with onboarding.
Generating lightweight KPI/status reports to provide updates throughout the process.
