About The Position

A24 is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. This role will report into the Corporate Finance Manager and will support corporate finance initiatives (e.g. liquidity management, lender reporting, project financing) as well as new strategic projects (e.g. M&A, international expansion, live entertainment). You will work closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional partners across the finance, legal, production, strategy, and operations teams. This role is based in our New York office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or a related analytical role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Expert-level Excel skills, including financial modeling and Power Query
  • Management and organization of large data sets
  • Experience with debt facilities, cash flow modeling, and financial statements
  • Ability to review contracts and identify key financial terms
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present financial information to diverse audiences, including senior management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Airtable and Pigment or similar data/EPM tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Forecast short-term and long-term cash flow and liquidity needs
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly bank reporting, including borrowing base and financial covenants
  • Collaborate with the legal, production and international teams to facilitate the closing project level financing
  • Conduct financial analysis to support the growth of new businesses verticals (including Live Entertainment and International Expansion)
  • Monitor capital market fluctuations and facilitate the execution of FX and interest rate hedges
  • Prepare financial models for complex, project, co-financing structures and facilitate on-going partner relations and reporting
  • Support M&A transactions with financial analysis, valuation modeling, and financial due diligence
