About The Position

Financial Analyst – Commercial Finance Major Function: Business support to the US Commercial Sales & Service organization. Responsible for financial analysis and partnership with the US Commercial Sales & Service team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: -Provide the Sales & Service team with revenue, margin, and overhead analytics and reporting that creates value and insights. -Support sales commissions and bonus analysis, calculations, and reporting. -Partner with the Pricing and Sales teams to produce sound pricing proposals. -Develop and submit budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the Sales and Service team. -Work with the Shared Service Operational Accounting team to ensure reliable financial results and statements. -Perform working capital analysis and management. -Drive towards continuous improvements in processes and controls of the organization. -Other projects and analyses as assigned. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounting and Financial analysis positions, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Financial and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to understand business issues and support projects to address as necessary.
  • High level of integrity, professional ethics and self-starting ability.
  • Highly articulate, with excellent listening skills. Ability to adapt mode and style to accommodate audience and situation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in use of MS Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP and OneStream preferred.
  • Capability to learn new software.
