Lycoming College is hiring a Financial Analyst, Budgeting and Financial Reporting to work within its Business Office The Financial Analyst – Budgeting and Financial Reporting provides leadership and administrative oversight for the overall college budget including the preparation, monitoring and variance analysis of actual income and expense to the budget projections. Reporting to the Vice President for Finance and Administration, this role is responsible for supporting the College’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. This role analyzes financial data, prepares management reports, monitors budget performance, and provides insights to support informed business decisions and financial accountability. This is a full-time position with typical hours of Monday through Friday 8am-430pm.
