Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting or related field
• 1+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
• 1+ years of finance experience

• 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial analyses and reports that translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and drive operational efficiency
• Monitor and communicate critical financial trends that inform strategic business decisions
• Design and implement financial benchmarks to measure organizational performance
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes with meticulous attention to detail
