Requirements

• 1+ years of finance experience
• 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g. Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
• Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
• Experience using data to influence business decisions

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial strategies supporting global partner agreements and investments
• Design, automate, and iterate financial reporting frameworks that drive strategic decision-making
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial performance reports across global, regional, and country levels
• Collaborate closely with sales teams and operational resources to generate transformative business insights
• Support cross-functional initiatives with sophisticated financial analysis
