Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable handling large datasets using databases
  • Comprehensive and logical
  • Team Player with strong communication skills
  • 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably at a regulated bank, Community Development Financial Intermediary, or other similar institution.
  • B.A. or B.S. in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or other business-related field is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in Tableu reporting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Enter loan and investment trades into Firm systems and mark positions as needed
  • Coordinate with Operations Department on client account setup and AML
  • Support transaction officers with due diligence, financial analysis, maintain project files, and transaction closings
  • Work with Technology and other groups within the Firm to assist in automation of reporting
  • Assist with regular loan and investment portfolio and impact reporting
  • Collaborate with management on regulatory exams, internal compliance reviews and other audit related requests
  • Maintain policy and procedure documentation
  • Provide analytic, operating and administrative support to transaction officers, with a focus on affordable housing construction lending products
