Financial Analysis Consultant II (CHICAGO BASED)- Hybrid Role
About The Position
The Financial Consultant analyzes and communicates financial results for key products, markets and initiatives, develops compelling story lines to help deepen client insights and recommends creative actions to guide strategy and operations. This role formulates financial projections to support in predicting and tracking performance and diagnosing potential issues. We’re looking for a detail‑driven, curious, and business‑minded analyst who loves turning data into insight and insight into action. In this role, you’ll partner directly with leaders across the organization to shape decisions, influence strategy, and help drive performance forward. PLEASE NOTE: We're seeking Chicago based candidates to consider for this role. The role will be remote with the expectation to be on site/in person in Chicago on occasion.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a similar role (preferred).
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect details to strategy.
- Solid communication and presentation skills—you’re comfortable explaining the “so what” behind the numbers.
- Someone who’s proactive, curious, and excited to partner with leaders.
