This role sits within Allstate Dealer Services (ADS), on a growing and evolving Data Team that partners closely with business leaders to drive growth, improve profitability, and reduce losses. The team operates in a highly collaborative, global model—working closely with U.S.-based business partners, AORs, and a data team in India. We are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst with a strong data mindset and hands-on process improvement experience. This role is critical in helping the business better understand how work gets done, where data gaps exist, and how processes can be redesigned to improve efficiency, decision making, and outcomes. You will partner directly with stakeholders and customers, map and analyze end-to-end processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and use data to inform recommendations that support business growth and profitability.
