About The Position

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for Financial Advisor for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients. Responsibilities include: Assist patients in person, online and on the phone to resolve billing questions/concerns. Help patients find options to resolve their balances. Maintain work queues and reports. Work with insurance companies and other third-party entities. Be a resource for other departments throughout the clinic. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Customer service experience and working with the public required.
  • Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
