We are seeking a seasoned Financial Advisor to service and deepen relationships within our existing high net worth client base. This role is designed for an experienced advisor who values long term client relationships over prospecting and wants a defined career path within a growing independent RIA. About Strittmatter Strittmatter Wealth Management Group, LLC (SWMG) is a boutique Registered Investment Advisor located in downtown Fort Worth, TX. We have been in business since 2007 and specialize in retirement planning, investment management and business planning to high-net-worth clients and business owners. What makes us different is that we are an independent investment firm that offers unique investment options that many other firms do not offer including Alternative Investments, Private Real Estate portfolios and access to world class Institutional Managers. Position Details Location: Downtown Fort Worth, TX Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 base salary plus revenue bonus Status: Full time, 40 plus hours per week Dress Code: Business Professional Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, 401k with match

Requirements

• Minimum three years of financial planning experience in a client facing role
• Series 65 license required if CFP designation is not held
• Life and Health Insurance license required
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, economic and accounting principles, investments, insurance products, and regulatory standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Redtail CRM, Morningstar, eMoney, Nitrogen, and Pershing 360
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to present complex topics in clear, understandable language
• Commitment to high ethical standards and fiduciary responsibility

Nice To Haves

• Certified Financial Planner designation preferred

Responsibilities

• Service an established client base only with no new client acquisition requirements
• Serve as the designated servicing advisor, meeting annually with shared clients alongside the lead advisor
• Meet with new clients to support the lead advisor in delivering financial planning services
• Conduct investment update and financial planning review meetings with existing clients
• Manage the financial planning process from start to finish using eMoney Advisor and other planning tools
• Prepare financial plans, customized recommendations, and investment proposals
• Present strategies and recommendations clearly and professionally to clients
• Conduct case specific research and coordinate daily trading activities and task reviews
• Ensure compliance documentation standards are met
• Assist with marketing materials, webinars, seminars, weekly trackers, and policy updates
