About The Position

By showcasing the breadth of RBC Wealth Management’s capabilities through the VIP event experience, the Financial Advisor (FA) Recruit Event Consultant plays a pivotal role in our experienced FA recruiting strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills including the ability to effectively and processional work with all levels of employees and vendors
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize competing projects.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • The ability to easily work through difficult and time-sensitive problems and issues
  • Bachelor’s degree or job-related experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of event planning, logistics/operations and execution of individualized financial advisor recruit events to ensure an exemplary event experience
  • Build and develop relationships with vendors and venues to craft and implement creative and logistical aspects of events
  • Collaborate with field leadership and advisor recruit to understand the advisor’s needs in order to develop a comprehensive event
  • Prioritize and schedule VIP events
  • Conduct follow-up evaluations with field leadership to gain insight into potential improvements; revise processes and procedures as appropriate
  • Analyze the effectiveness of event impact and adjust event accordingly
  • Track and report on key VIP event metrics
  • Additional team projects as assigned

  • The expected salary range for this particular position is $50,000 -$80,000 , depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
