The Centralized Financial Advisor is responsible for identifying needs, understanding client objectives, and making appropriate investment/insurance recommendations consistent with compliance standards to achieve sales results and long-term client satisfaction by telephone communications from a variety of lead generation sources. This role involves achieving and exceeding individual and branch related sales and revenue goals quarterly, and maintaining compliance with all applicable bank, broker/dealer, State and Federal regulations associated with the sale of investment and insurance products, including Santander Policy Statement governing the sale of uninsured products. When appropriate, the advisor will provide leads to branch personnel for the sale of other bank products and services such as deposit accounts and loans. The advisor is expected to actively participate in sales meetings, training initiatives, and planning sessions, and to develop and execute quarterly business development plans for marketing and promotion of investment products and services. Additionally, the role requires maintaining records, mastering operational procedures, providing sales and activity reports, creating strong internal and external relationships for referral sources, and maintaining professional training and license requirements. The advisor will also provide active mentoring and coaching to Licensed Bank Employees (LBEs) and hold frequent client appointments, seminars, and branch training sessions to secure long-term client relationships and provide sales leadership.
