About The Position

Located in Warrenville, IL, the ITG Finance and Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting the ITG platform in the consolidation of monthly and annual results, and supporting preparation of forecasts and annual business plans. In addition, she/he is responsible for platform IT cost reporting/forecasting and ITG Corporate close, forecast, and budgeting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
2+ years of progressive accounting/analyst experience
Willingness to learn and develop Power BI and Power Platform skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
Experience with implementing system improvements and processes.
Experience with month end and year end close processes and bookings
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Advanced Experience with ERP financial systems.

Responsibilities

Supports the consolidation of ITG’s annual plan, monthly/annual results, and forecast requirements and related reporting to Heico.
Collaborates with Business Unit controllers on variance analysis relative to business plans and forecasts.
Supports monthly executive package submitted to senior Heico leadership.
Responsible for platform IT cost reporting/forecasting
Responsible for ITG Corporate month end close and supporting group quarterly reserves analysis
Responsible for ITG Corporate forecasting, budgeting, and month end analysis.
Assist Business unit controllers with OneStream on any forecasting, budgeting, or reporting issues that arise
Assist with tax packages and other year-end close activities
Identify opportunities for continual improvement through reporting and analysis.
Willingness to learn Power BI and other Power Platform tools to build efficiencies, reports and effective analysis.
Ad hoc analysis as requested.
