About The Position

This role supports core accounting operations, including monthâend and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting and revenue and lease accounting, while assisting with audits and providing cross functional support

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
1-2 years public/private general accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Word and Excel
Demonstrated appropriate experience including communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Extensive organizational skills including the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

CPA Certification
Prior SAP experience
Experience with OneStream
Experience with AI/automation

Responsibilities

Execute daily, weekly and monthly accounting activities to ensure timely workflow and recording of financial transactions
Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial statements
Perform activities related to the monthly closing process, including preparing journal entries and completing accrual and reserve calculations
Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations as required by company accounting policies
Complete external financial statement audit requests
Complete quarterly and annual governmental surveys
Perform ad hoc analysis and other tasks in support of the finance team, including FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Property Accounting, and Operations Accounting, as required
