About The Position

As a global manufacturer specializing in custom automation solutions used across a wide range of industries, is seeking a Financial Accountant to join the team on-site/hybrid. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
1-3 years of accounting experience
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Experience processing payroll
Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
Experience working with an ERP system
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing environment
Exposure to inventory or work-in-process accounting
Familiarity with ADP payroll systems
Experience with CloudSuite Industrial or similar ERP platforms

Responsibilities

Support the monthly close process, including preparing journal entries for accruals, prepaids, and cash activity
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial data within the company's ERP system
Assist with inventory and work-in-process tracking and reconciliations
Process payroll and related reporting
Partner with project managers to support project setup and financial tracking
Contribute to weekly cash forecasting activities
Assist with audit preparation and financial reporting requirements
Provide support across accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
Participate in process improvements and system enhancements
Support ad hoc accounting and finance initiatives
