About The Position
client that is seeking a Finance System Analyst in Hollywood, FL. Responsibilities: Finance System Analyst will provide functional and technical support for payroll activities related to enterprise HCM/ERP implementations Act as a strategic partner to Payroll, HR, IT, and other business areas to ensure system functionality meets operational and regulatory needs Maintain data integrity, validate system changes, perform testing, and support configuration updates Analyze payroll data flows to identify process improvement opportunities As a Finance System Analyst, you will develop and maintain reporting to support payroll operations and compliance Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll system functionality, integrations, and best practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (required) 10+ years of experience with centralized, automated payroll processing systems or related financial accounting functions (required) Prior experience supporting ERP implementations, with strong preference for Oracle/Lawson and UKG Timekeeping Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed APA (American Payroll Association) certification is highly desirable SQL experience is highly preferred
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (required)
- 10+ years of experience with centralized, automated payroll processing systems or related financial accounting functions (required)
- Prior experience supporting ERP implementations, with strong preference for Oracle/Lawson and UKG Timekeeping
