In addition to annual cost-of-living increases, our step pay plan provides regularly scheduled wage increases throughout the course of a career. Candidates with minimum experience and qualifications may be hired into the first step of a pay grade. If hired at the entry level, the JCSA pay plan is structured to provide: 5.0% step increases annually for the first four years of service. 1.5% step increases annually, thereafter.
