About The Position

The Finance Senior Analyst, Planning & Analysis plays a key role in supporting the Corporate FP&A team through insightful analysis, reporting, and financial storytelling. Reporting directly to the Manager of Planning & Analysis, this role partners closely with corporate and property leaders to understand operational and financial performance, identify opportunities, and help drive informed business decisions. This position works across functional areas, manages work independently, and acts as a trusted contributor within the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 3+ years of prior relevant experience
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret statistical data
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
• Experience working with financial, database, and analytical systems
• Able to clearly communicate insights in both written and verbal formats
• Comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior leaders
• Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership potential with an interest in mentoring others
• Professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset

• Experience in a resort or hospitality environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate and property leaders to understand financial and operational results
• Identify, execute, and support analytical opportunities in collaboration with FP&A leadership
• Deliver reports, insights, and recommendations that support financial management at the property level
• Create ad-hoc analyses and present findings to senior FP&A stakeholders
• Support data and analytics innovation initiatives
• Partner with property teams on action planning, progress tracking, and goal achievement
• Assist with revenue and expense forecasting through analysis of trends and business operations
• Prepare clear, compelling presentations for senior and executive leadership
• Proactively build knowledge of the business across multiple functional areas
• Coach and support other Analysts in their development and day-to-day work
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
