DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform audit of daily revenue information including but not limited to balancing kiosks, Cage, Title 31 reporting, and marketing data. • Enters daily information into revenue audit report forms, runs back-up reports. • Prepares journal entries, tracks coupons used on property, sorts and records complimentary receipts. • Reconciles accounts on a regular basis. • Assists with the monitoring of all financial activities on property, with respect to revenue accounting, ensuring all applicable laws, rules, regulations and controls of the property, the Federal and State Tax Commissions, and the Gaming Commission are enforced throughout the Revenue Accounting Division of the Finance Department. • Ensures a maximum level of property-wide service and satisfaction, in the area of revenue accounting, is achieved and maintained. • Helps facilitate the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings. • Performs all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or GED required. • Associate’s degree in accounting or related area and two years of accounting, audit or finance experience preferred. • Must be at least 21 years of age. • Must possess effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills. • Must be extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate, with superior spreadsheet skills and a proficiency in an accounting software system a plus.
