About The Position

To audit gaming and non-gaming revenue and prepare necessary reports.

Requirements

• Demonstrate ability to operate 10 key calculators.
• Demonstrate computer literacy with an emphasis on spreadsheets.
• Customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Effective communication skills - verbally able to provide instruction, respond to questions, and have exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities.
• Need to work/sit for long periods at work/computer station and perform the repetitive motion of arms, wrist, and fingers; lift to 50 ; and at times, move throughout a noisy environment.
• Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.
• Requires a High-Security Gaming License clearance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Four (4) years of Audit experience.
• Audit experience with all primary WRC revenue with an emphasis on the Oasis Slot Audit.
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
• Perform duties in compliance with company standards, gaming regulations, and generally accepted accounting practices promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Prepare accounting reports necessary in the preparation of financial statements.
• Performs audits of gaming revenue by gaming regulations.
• Performs audits of non-gaming revenue by generally accepted accounting practices.
• Promote internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
• Functions will require long periods of computer use, calculator, writing, and filing, which include repetitive use of hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Promotes a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Promptly reports all concerns to the Supervisor.
• Ensure that the operation of equipment, tools, and materials is handled safely.
• Comply with regulatory laws, employee handbook, department policy and procedures, safety codes, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Revenue Audit Manager and Controller.
