Summary: This role is responsible for providing insights and recommendations to leadership through financial analysis, consultation, planning for a major business operations (State, product, business unit, etc.). Coordinating the development and analysis of operational forecasts and budgets. Reporting on financial income, loss and expense measures. Serving as key member of the leadership team. Role-Specific Information: This role supports the Operations organization, including our Claims team, Customer Care Center (CCC), and Business Office. Prior experience supporting similar organizations is desired, but not necessary. Beyond the general requirements outlined below, success in this role requires comfort operating in a changing environment, coordinating across Finance, Operations, and Claims, and contributing to evolving data and system initiatives. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong communication skills are essential.
