The Finance Operations Administrator will support key financial and legal operational processes, focusing on incoming checks, local payment requests, and administrative support for legal documentation. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of tasks critical to finance and legal operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in finance operations or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and document handling processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming checks, including signing, mailing, and depositing.
  • Maintain check log and ensure accurate recording of deposits.
  • Coordinate sign-off procedures with relevant stakeholders for legal documents.
  • Arrange courier services to ensure timely delivery of legal documents.
  • Provide notary support as needed for official documentation.
  • Sort incoming mail daily and ensure proper distribution.
  • Log mail items into the tracking system for documentation and follow-up.
  • Handle printing, scanning, and document preparation for legal processes.
