Job Summary: As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for presenting finance and insurance products to customers, securing funding through lender partners, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a deep understanding of F&I products, compliance regulations, and a strong desire to close deals efficiently and ethically. Ray Laethem Motor Village may order a consumer report and/or an investigative consumer report that may include information as to your character, general reputation, personal characteristics, mode of living, work habits, performance, and experiences, along with reasons for termination of past employment, in compliance with applicable law and as directed by company policy and consistent with the job described, The Company may request information from public and private sources about, but not limited to your: workers’ compensation injuries, driving record, court record, education, credentials, credit, references, and drug testing to detect the use of illegal drugs prior to and during employment.

Requirements

  • 2 plus years of experience in automotive F&I is preferred
  • Proven track record of high sales performance in any industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Detail oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in dealership management systems DMS and finance software
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell finance, lease, and insurance programs to customers
  • Secure and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions
  • Submit deals to lenders, obtain approvals, and track funding
  • Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Accurately complete all F&I paperwork and submit to accounting in a timely manner
  • Achieve and exceed dealership finance and product penetration goals
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
  • Stay up to date on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry trends
