Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram will be the DFW"S Volume leader and is seeking an experienced, professional, and driven Finance Manager to assist us in assisting our sales staff and customers. The Finance Producer is a significant revenue generator for the dealership and must possess a strong focus on compliance requirements while providing a comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits. We are committed to hiring a top-notch performer with a proven success record who can assist in creating exceptional experiences for our customers.

Requirements

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• Advanced automotive sales management knowledge.
• Must have 3-5 years of experience.
• Excellent of verbal and written communication skills
• Maintains well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening process.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of automotive software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with acquiring financing solutions, obtain rates, correspond with lenders and banks, and present loan terms related to the purchase of the vehicle.
• Maintain an excellent working relationship with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
• Provide customers with thorough understanding of aftermarket products like extended warranties, gap insurance, and other protection plans to generate additional revenue for the dealership.
• Build rapport with customers to create a potential referral source.
• Process the necessary paperwork for financing, including credit applications, loan documents, and insurance forms.
• Ensure all financial transactions are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
