Requirements
- Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience required
- Strong knowledge of lending practices and compliance regulations
- Proven track record of high performance and profitability
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Reynolds & Reynolds / CDK experience preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Structure, present, and close finance and lease deals in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Secure financing through various lenders to obtain competitive approvals
- Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, and protection packages
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and customers
- Work closely with sales managers and staff to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction
