About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parts Counter Consultant who will also assist with parts deliveries. This role is essential in supporting our service department, technicians, and wholesale customers by ensuring accurate parts support and timely deliveries.

Requirements

Previous automotive parts experience preferred (GM experience a plus)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and ability to learn parts software
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers at the parts counter
Look up, price, and sell parts accurately using dealership systems
Process parts orders, invoices, and returns
Maintain organized inventory and assist with stocking and bin checks
Pull and prepare parts for service and wholesale orders
Deliver parts to local body shops, vendors, and wholesale accounts in a timely manner
Load, unload, and verify parts during deliveries
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts department and delivery vehicle
Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and honesty
Follow all dealership safety and driving policies
